Fine (adj) : khoẻ (antonym)
Thanks: cảm ơn (translation)
Miss: cô ( người chưa có chồng) (explanation)
Mr: ông, bác, chú, quí ngài (explanation)
How: như thế nào (translation)

Ba and Lan are talking about their health.
