I. Revision:
Matching: A5 . P106 a-> f
- Have Ss look at the pictures.








- Describe them: Teacher asks ss a question: How does he/she feel?
(students` answer): a) He’s hungry.
b) She’s thirsty
c) He’s hot
d) She’s cold.
e) He’s tired
f) He’s full.
- Give Ss 4 names : Phuong, Nhan, Ba, Huong
- Ss guess and match the right names with the pictures.
- Ss listen and correct their prediction.
* Key: Nhan-a, Phuong-b, Ba-f, Huong-d
- Have ss look at the picture
 and then teacher says :
" Nhan`s hungry so what would he like?(He would like some noodles)"
- Teacher introduce: The last period we learn how to use the verb "Would like", but today we are going to learn how to use the verb "Want "


II. Presentation:
1.Vocabulary:
- a hot drink (Picture) : 1 cốc nước nóng

- a cold drink (Picture): 1 cốc nước mát

- want (v) (Translation): muốn
- what`s the matter?(Translation):Có chuyện gì vậy.

2. Set the scene:
- Teacher asks:+ Who`s this? Nhan and Dung/Mai and Lan
+ What are they doing? They are talking.
* Dialogue Build:
a. Nhan: What`s the ( matter), Dung?
Dung: I`m cold.
Nhan: What do you (want)?
Dung: I want a hot drink.
b. Mai: What`s the matter with Nga?
Lan: She`s thirsty.
Mai: What do ( She ) want?
Lan: She ( wants ) some orange juice.
Concept check: Form: What + do/ does + S + want?

Use: to talk about what someone wants.
Meaning: Translate into Vietnamese.
